We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items in new, unused, and unopened condition with original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This fee is deducted from your refund after the item is inspected.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on their specific product pages, or items that have been used, installed, or assembled, are not eligible for return.

  • Visible Damage: If the package is visibly damaged, you must refuse the shipment. Inform the driver you are refusing due to damage and do not sign for the package.

  • Resolution: We will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a full refund/replacement based on the verified damage.
